Because every questioned document matter is different, fees are based on the specific circumstances of each case, including:

- Availability of original documents

- Need for reports, declarations, or testimony
- Rush deadlines or expedited review
Most matters can be discussed during an initial consultation so you understand the examination process, documents needed, expected time frame, and anticipated costs before work begins.
There are no hidden fees, and cases are handled with clear communication regarding scope and billing.

Engagement & Examiantion
One Questioned Signature-
Forensic analysis and verbal opinion for one questioned signature. Includes up to two hours of examination/consultation time, plus the initial case preparation, setup, and administrative fee. Note: All cases with a large volume of documents that require additional time to analyze originals or scan documents can be quoted upon request.
Basic Written Report
Based on Verbal Opinion-
Written report based on the verbal opinion of one questioned document.

Note: Extensive written report/MSJ/ Declaration/Federal Declaration or reports regarding multiple signatures/documents have additional fees and are billed hourly.
Questioned Document Examination and/or Consultation Time

Understanding the Examination Process
Forming an official forensic opinion requires analysis, comparison, and evaluation. Because of this process, opinions cannot be rendered from a quick glance at documents or photographs.
While original documents are preferred whenever available, many examinations can still be conducted using high-quality copies when originals do not exist or are unavailable.
Each matter is approached carefully, objectively, and with the understanding that questioned document cases are often personal, stressful, and legally significant.
